Seller note:

?Sierra Dream ? ? Catalina 350 Sailing YachtSierra Dream has only sailed Lake Tahoe. She has low hours and light use. Included with the vessel are all ship?s manuals. The canvas is in good condition and the sails are in excellent condition. The salon below boasts 6 foot 8 inch head room. There are two oversized berths in forward and aft cabins, and two salon settees that convert into double and twin beds. An up to date Captains Log and complete maintenance records are included. Sierra Dream has been expertly maintained and is in beautiful condition. Her engine, transmission, and electrical systems are all functioning very well. She is fast and smooth and very comfortable. Her engine sips diesel at a rate of ½ gallon per hour at 2000 rpm (approximately 9 knots speed). She can be sailed by one person, as all lines are led aft into the cockpit. With a furling genoa head sail and a mast furled main sail that are supported by large two-speed electric and mechanical winches, it is easy to sail Sierra Dream without the work and danger of hoisting sails manually. United States Coast Guard documented vessel. She does not require California licensing or registration. After initial payment for documenting Sierra Dream through the US Coast Guard, the new owner need only to file paper work with the Coast Guard each year. At this time, there are no annual fees for the documentation of the vessel. Also, since Sierra Dream has only been in Lake Tahoe, the new owner does not incur vessel inspection fees if the vessel is to remain on Lake Tahoe. If interested please contact John at [removed phone]
